– Clear scanned copy Passport Front & last page
– Recent clear scanned Photograph (White Background)
– Pan Card Copy
– Confirmed onward ticket copy & Confirmed Hotel Voucher
If you’re staying ≤ 30 days and flying in, choose visa-free entry — just file MDAC online beforehand.
If you want multiple visits or a stamp, go with an e‑Visa (single or multiple entry).
If entering by land from a neighboring country with valid visa, consider visa-on-arrival (RM 200), but MDAC still required.
