How will I receive my payment?

As a vendor partner of Ocean Trip IQ Holidays Pvt. Ltd., you will receive your payment directly into your registered bank account. Once the client confirms the booking and we receive the payment, we release your share (as per the agreed commission terms) promptly through secure bank transfer or UPI. You’ll also receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference for your records.

How do I update or extend my availabilities?

You can update or extend your service availability (e.g., hotel room dates, tour slots, transport schedules) in the following ways:

  • Vendor Portal (If applicable): Log in and modify the availability calendar or update date ranges for each product.

  • Email or WhatsApp Update: Simply send us the new dates, changes in pricing, or availability updates via your registered email or our vendor support number.

  • Through Your Account Manager: If you're assigned a dedicated coordinator, you can notify them directly for quick updates.

How do I upload products?

As a vendor with Ocean Trip IQ Holidays Pvt. Ltd., you can share your travel products (e.g., hotel deals, tour packages, transportation services, etc.) through the following methods:

  • Email Submission: Send package details, rates, images, inclusions, and terms to our vendor support email.

  • Vendor Portal (If Available): Log in to your vendor dashboard and upload your offerings directly. You can add titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and availability date

  • Assisted Onboarding: If you're new, our team will help you onboard by collecting your product details and uploading them for you.
