Flight itinerary – round-trip or onward booking (no need to pay fully yet).
Accommodation proof – full stay (hotels or host’s invitation with ID proof).
Proof of funds –
Bank statements (3–6 months), ITRs or payslips.
Daily minimum recommended: €45–65 (varies by country/host status).
Proof of ties to India – employment, education, property, family obligations.
Cover letter – states trip purpose, itinerary, duration, funding, return intent.
