➢ Our tour price is subject to a minimum of 25 paying adults travelling together. The cost will be revised upon changes in headcounts.

➢ No hotel rooms or services are blocked at the moment. Only upon confirmation of the group with deposit, bookings will be actioned.

➢ Confirmation of services depends on room/coach availability post confirmation from your end. An alternative hotel/room will be given if the above-quoted hotel/room type is not available.

➢ Ocean Trip IQ Holidays Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible in case of any flight delay, flight disruption, missed connections, commencement or continuance of flight, refusal of entry at immigration and any unforeseen calamities, without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever.

➢ Due to high fluctuation in the ROE, the rate of exchange on the date of confirmation will be taken into consideration. The difference in the ROE will be borne by the client. ROE considered as per today (09/10/2026) is unavoidable if the higher room category/different category of hotel is given, due to the quoted hotel/room type being fully booked.

➢ Every effort will be made to ensure the rate quoted remains the same upon confirmation. However, surcharge is unavoidable if the higher room category/different category of hotel is given, due to the quoted hotel/room type being fully booked.

➢ Request you to send the bookings by return mail along with the travel details and passenger names as per the passport.

➢ Thailand visa fee currently is NIL. This is dynamic as per the prevailing rules at the time of travel.

90% deposit to be paid while booking and full payment strictly to be cleared weeks prior to departure, or else the bookings will be subject to change.

➢ Payment can be made by NEFT / RTGS or INR cheque.

➢ Credit card payments are subject to 2.50% bank charges.

95–40 working days prior to departure date – 50%.
